Reusable, sturdy and longlasting, FDA food-safe silicone, water-proof, oven-safe to 475F, dishwasher safe. Wrap does NOT need to be snug to springform pan, and the fluted sides allow room for the clasp in any position. My Wrap is NOT a flimsy, inferior silicone cake pan that doesn't allow room for the clasp, is not designed to be placed around a springform pan, or in oven temps greater than 375F.
PLEASE MEASURE SPRINGFORM PAN BEFORE ORDERING WRAP. The 9" Wrap (yellow) fits the 9", 8.5" and 8" springform pans. But will NOT fit 9" pans with a base extending out past the 9" collar- recommend 10" Wrap. Wraps do NOT need to be snug to springform pan, will still aid in ideal baking!
The 10" Wrap (pink) fits 10" and 9.5" and certain 9" pans with a base that extends out beyond the 9" collar UP TO 10 INCH DIAMETER. This Wrap has the largest base surface and has a ribbed bottom to prevent sticking to pans.
The 7" Wrap (orange) fits 7" and 6" pans, plus 4" pans with plenty of room to spare, for personal sized cheesecakes and also specially designed for PRESSURE POT BAKING!
