The Countess Flour Funnel attaches firmly to a stand mixer's auxiliary port, and it is angled just right to easily add your flour (or any dry or liquid ingredients) to your bowl.
You can also still lift or tilt the mixer head with the Countess Flour Funnel still attached. You can run your mixer while it is attached as well.
